Select your State, enter your Zip Code and click on "Contact Your Representative." Complete the form and copy the sample letter, with your signature at the bottom, in the space allocated. Click submit.

Sample letter to your US Senators (click to view the letter)

Contact your US Senators by clicking here.

At "Find Your Senators" on the top right, select your State and click "Go." Click on one Senator's name, find "Contact" on that Senator's page and click on it. Complete the form and copy the sample letter, with your signature at the bottom, in the space allocated. Click submit. Repeat for your second Senator.
